Delivery Information

Our products are despatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

International orders

Shipping fees vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. We use Royal Mail International Tracked for all orders.

VAT and duty fully paid by us for customers in EU countries. If you are mistakenly contacted by your local customs office and asked to pay any fees please contact us.

Delivery to addresses in Europe normally takes 7-10 days from date of despatch. However, please be aware that the customs process in your country may delay the process.

From 1st March 2026, France is introducing a new flat-rate tax on all individual items imported from outside the EU.
Krī Skincare is located in the UK. While we understand the intent to regulate mass-market imports from cheap countries, the structure of this new fee and the additional administrative burden makes it impossible for a small, independent brand like ours to ship to France sustainably.

To maintain the integrity of our pricing and service, we are temporarily pausing all orders to France.

We are so sorry for this disruption. We hope that a more unified EU-wide approach in July will allow us to find a way back to you.

Delivery FAQ

Reduce. Reuse. Recycle.

We are fully committed to reducing waste as much as possible. To help protect your products, we use fully biodegradable packing peanuts that are made from starch.

You will find all the information you need about our products here on the website, and the label on every bottle includes ingredient and usage information. You can also contact us at any time should you need further information on how to recycle our packaging.

Unfortunately from time-to-time a delivery may be delayed. Please allow 10 working days (UK customers) from the day you placed your order before contacting us. If your parcel has still not arrived and has not been marked as delivered through the tracking service, contact us quoting your order number. 

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause for you. Although we endeavour to always provide the best possible service to you, the service of third party providers is out of our hands.

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct full address including door number or house name, street address and postal code when placing an order.

If your parcel is undelivered due to a full address not being correctly provided, we will resend your parcel for an additional £5 (£15 for international orders) to cover the cost of postage.

When placing your order, please ensure you have made arrangements to take receipt of it. Our parcels do not fit through the letterbox.
